Servicing & maintenance
Maintenance offers for more durable products
Have your Pangolin Défense® ballistic plates been damaged or impacted? Are your plate carriers showing signs of wear? We offer servicing and maintenance for all of our products.
appearance of the outer cover, watertightness of the cover, inspection of the ballistic pack, weaknesses, ageing of the fibres
- Replacement of adhesives, replacement of ballistic pack seams.
- Complete re-covering of ballistic packs, re-labelling and new guarantee date
In-house ballistic testing on a sample of products
- X-ray scan of each ballistic plate to check that the ceramic is in good condition
- Destruction of faulty ballistic packs
Replacement of any destroyed or faulty packs at preferential prices
Logistics and handling at the customer’s premises (in France, service on request for export deliveries)
Documents provided to the customer :
- Shooting sheets, test results and assessment of the state of ageing of the fibres
- Complete file for each product reference: photo showing the appearance of the fibres and details of the services carried out.
